1. How long does shipping take?

-  United States: 7–14 business days

-  International: 14–31 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs and local carriers.

2. Do you offer order tracking?

Yes! Tracking information will be uploaded as soon as it’s available.
You can check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

4. My tracking info hasn’t updated — what should I do?

Tracking may take 2–5 business days to show updates. If there’s no movement after 7 business days, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to look into it for you.

5. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re truly sorry! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
